Shakshuka with Smoked Fetta

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 Onion

6 Eggs

1/2 cup Roasted pepper strips

1 tbsp Crushed Garlic

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

2 tsp Smoked Paprika

2 tsp Cumin

Chilli powder to taste

Mutti Pasta Sauce

Smoked Fetta to garnish

Instructions

Drizzle olive oil onto large pan.

Add onion and stir until fragrant. Add roasted pepper strips and garlic and combine with smoked paprika, cumin, chilli powder, salt and pepper and stir.

Pour in the Mutti Pasta Sauce.

Crack your eggs into the sauce and let simmer until the eggs are cooked.

Garnish with parsley and smoked fetta and serve.
