Xanthan Gum is a cream to tan coloured free flowing powder. It is a high molecular weight polysaccharide produced by viscous fermentation. It is readily soluble in hot and cold water, but is insoluble in alcohol. Intended Use Food supplied as an ingredient for use in further manufacturing or processing
