NDUJA SALAMI SPREAD   This spreadable and notoriously spicy salami originates from the southeast of Calabria. Allow it to rest to room temperature before spreading on warm bread with a ripe cheese. This flexible spread can also be crumbled over pizza or added to passata and a flavoursome replacement to chilli in any dish.
