FISH NZ LEMON SOLE 300/400GM 10KG (HARBOUR FISH)

Lemon Sole are part of the flatfish family, along with NZ Sole, Brill and Flounder. Lemon Sole fillets are delicate and sweet, and best suited to pan frying or baking. The fillets are on the thinner side, and usually a medium size. It’s skinless, boneless.
Bring fish up to room temperature (just like meat) before cooking for best results.
